At I Am Heather Denise, we specialize in digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials such as the TikTok Book: TikTok LIVE For Rookies.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or downloaded.

Because digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or physically recovered, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following rare cases:

You were charged more than once for the same product
You did not receive access to the product after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue
The file is proven to be corrupted and cannot be replaced

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of transaction.

Download & Access Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they download and save the product after purchase. We recommend storing a backup copy for future use.
